Who we are
Secret Agency TM Pty Ltd (ABN 35 613 451 371), trading as Secret Agency. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. For any privacy question, email hello@secretagency.com.au with “Privacy” in the subject line.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email, company, website and anything you choose to tell us about your project. If you work with us we also hold the business information needed to deliver the engagement. Our site uses basic analytics to understand which pages are read; it does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, run your free AI visibility check, deliver and invoice our services, and send The Secret Brief if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. We never sell or rent your information.
AI tools and your data
We use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT on business plans that do not train models on your inputs. Client material is only shared with these tools when it is needed for the work, and never includes payment details, health information or anything you mark as confidential. Files are stored in access-controlled cloud workspaces, and we delete project data on request when an engagement ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, contact us first so we can fix it. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
