AI Capability Program

Training plus working pilots in 90 days.

A 90-day program that trains your team and ships real AI pilots, so capability stays in the business after we leave.

The proble1

Everyone has AI. Few use it well.

Most teams have licences and a few enthusiasts. Few have shared ways of working, clear rules or anything running in production.

Training without real projects fades in weeks. Pilots without training stall when we leave.

Five things, done properly.

Skills baselineWhere each team starts
Role-based trainingPractical sessions for each team’s real work
Three pilotsWorking AI use cases shipped in 90 days
Champions networkPeople inside who keep it going

  3. 03Ship

Weeks 7–11. Pilots built with your team, not for them.

Questions

Honest answers.

How many people can join?

Typically 10 to 60 across teams. We tailor sessions by role.

Is it online or in person?

Both. We meet teams in Brisbane, Sydney, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast and Melbourne, and run sessions online.

What if pilots fail?

Some will teach more than they deliver. We pick at least one with clear, fast payback.
